Remote support via TeamViewer

If you are an active user of any of our programs, you can get remote support via TeamViewer. The support client is accessible in all programs, but if you are unable to access or find it, click here to download.

By sending your support client ID and password, you will grant the receiver to access your PC. This is necessary in order to be able to assist you remotely. Please ensure you have a contact at NovaCast who is ready to connect before sending the ID and password. If you don’t have a contact at NovaCast, please reach out to our support team and they will happily assist you.
