Robert has been an essential part of NovaCast for over 15 years, working as a skilled System Analyst — and he’s still going strong. He works with our metallurgy solutions, such as ATAS MetStar.
What he enjoys most about his role is developing algorithms and performing advanced calculations. He thrives on the constant challenges of working in a tech-driven, innovative environment — where NovaCast continuously pushes boundaries.
A creative mind in and outside of work, with a passion for both music and mathematics, he often picks up his acoustic bass guitar during breaks, blending creativity with analytical thinking.
