Our Christmas Gift 2025: Lighting Up with SolarAid

This year, we have chosen to donate 10,000 SEK to SolarAid, an international development charity working alongside communities in the most rural and hard-to-reach areas of sub-Saharan Africa to tackle poverty and the climate crisis through access to clean, safe solar lights.

For millions of people across sub-Saharan Africa, the working day ends when the sun sets. Solar lights offer a simple but powerful solution — at the flick of a switch, families can earn, children can learn, health workers can provide care, and the planet can breathe a little easier.

Working together with rural communities, entrepreneurs and development partners, SolarAid develops creative and innovative ways to ensure that every home, school and clinic has access to clean, safe solar power.

We are proud to support their mission and help bring light to communities where it is needed most.
